Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of gDrive Dashboard (“the Service”), a read-only analytics connector that reads spreadsheets from your Google Drive and generates analytical dashboards on your request inside the AI assistant you connect it to (such as Claude or ChatGPT). By connecting or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

The Service reads, in read-only mode, the Google Sheets, Excel, or CSV files you reference, computes metrics and visualizations, and returns a generated report. It does not modify, delete, or share your files.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to access and analyze the data you submit to the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your Google account credentials secure.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, exceed reasonable usage, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we access (read-only), how we use it, and how we protect it, including compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use).

4. Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Analytical output

Generated dashboards are produced automatically from your data and are intended to assist analysis. They may contain errors or reflect issues present in the source data. You are responsible for verifying figures before relying on them for decisions.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
